2008 Farmers’ Direct Market Association Conference

Conference Presentations

On February 7 & 8, 2008 the New York State Farm Direct Marketing Conference took place in Waterloo, N.Y. Attendee Dan Pawlowski, called it one of the best meetings he’d ever attended. “Usually, when I go to a meeting, I spend most of my time in the hallway. This is the first meeting I’ve been to that I spent any time in the sessions,” he said.

Karen Abbott, of Abbott Farms, concurred. “I came to the meeting because I was invited to speak. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be a very good meeting. But it was,” she said.
